Services provided

The London location provides convenient access for refining customers in the London metropolitan area with precious metals processing and payment on gold in less than 1 hour. This NTR Metals processing center is able to receive precious metal lots for all of our refineries and provide clients with assay and payment services on premise.
Below is a list of materials that can be processed through each of our refineries:

• Materials eligible to be processed through our gold refinery (gold refining) – karat gold, scrap gold jewellery, gold rings, gold chains, gold bracelets, gold earrings, gold necklaces, gold wedding bands, gold scrap, gold bench filings, grindings, gold polishing dust, gold buffing dust, sink collections, dental gold, gold casting trees, gold coins, gold ingots, gold bars, and gold bullion

• Materials eligible to be processed through our silver refinery (silver refining) – scrap silver jewellery, sterling silver jewellery, silver rings, silver chains, silver bracelets, silver earrings, silver necklaces, sterling silver flatware and hollowware, electrolytic recovered silver, bench filings, grindings, silver polishings, sink collections, dental silver, silver casting trees, silver coins, silver bars, and silver bullion

• Materials eligible to be processed through our platinum refinery (platinum refining) – scrap platinum jewellery, bench filings, grindings, polishings, sink collections, platinum thermocouple wire, crucibles, catheters, medical platinum, platinum laboratory ware, platinum flake, platinum foil, platinum casting trees, and platinum bullion

• Materials eligible to be processed through our palladium refinery (palladium refining) – palladium scrap jewellery, bench filings, grindings, polishings, palladium casting trees, palladium bullion, palladium dental scrap, and palladium bullion

Refining customers have the ability to receive precious metal bullion coins as part or all of their refining settlement through our Market Maker division. We offer all major gold, silver, platinum and palladium bullion coins.
